Invoicing of card agreements

If you have a card agreement via Nets, we generally do not send you invoices, but the fees are deducted directly from your turnover. Note: In Sweden your fees can also be deducted via direct debit.

You can see your charges in the MyNets self-service portal.

In cases where your turnover does not cover the fees, returns and/or complaints that arise, we will send you an invoice for the negative balance.

Dankort (DK)

Dankort invoicing in store: If you receive Dankort payments in store, we charge your subscription based on your choice, either monthly or quarterly. The price of your subscription is based on the number of transactions your business has had in the past four quarters. We charge the subscription automatically and will appear on your account statement. We send the statement, also called a notification, to you by e-mail, and you can also find it in MyNets.

Dankort invoicing online: If you have an online Dankort agreement (internet shopping, self-service machines and postal & telephone orders), you will be billed per transaction. You can see the prices here.
