Copy of invoice in MyNets
You can find a copy of your terminal and Netaxept invoices in our MyNets portal. If you do not have access to our MyNets portal, you can easily create a user here.
Once you are logged into the MyNets portal do the following:
Click on Accounting.
Click on Invoices.
Select the date for the required information and then click on "Apply".
You will now get a complete list of your invoices for the specified period. It contains information about:
Date of the invoice.
Invoice number.
Type of invoice.
The invoiced amount.
Currency.
If you want to download an invoice in CSV or PDF format, simply select the invoice and then click on "Export".
Copy of card acquiring invoice
You can see a clarification of your card acquiring invoice in the MyNets portal, but to get a copy of the invoice, please contacting our customer service according to the country where you have your agreement:
