MyNets -How to change bank account

Changes to your account number should be made in the MyNets customer portal. Follow the instructions below:
Log in to MyNets.
Click on "Sales location" and select the sales location where you want to change the account number.
Click on "Edit"
Click on the [🖊️] icon, on the agreement you want to change the account number on.
Add the new account number in IBAN format.
Confirm the change with Bank-ID*.
The account number has now been updated, and payments from Nets will be made to this account going forward.
If you are having trouble changing the account number in MyNets, we recommend clearing your browser's history, cache, and cookies.
*Please note: For security reasons, all account changes must be carried out by an authorized signatory on behalf of the company. This is done using BankID.
For some card agreements with Nets, it is not possible to change your account number in MyNets.
Exceptions are:
You have limited rights to edit company information
You do not have a local bank account number (for the country your agreement is in)
You want to add a currency account
