Changes to company information
Change company information in MyNets
Changes to company information can easily be done in the MyNets portal.
As admin user you can change the following information for each point of sales:
The name of the point of sale
Address, Postcode and City
Phone number
Do the following to change the company information:
Log in to the MyNets portal
Select “Sales locations” on the right hand side
Choose the point of sales and click on “Edit Details”
Fill in the new information and press “Save Details”
Update company information webform
For some information you will need to use the electronic form to make changes to your agreement.
With the webform you can change your email address, contact person, merchant category code (MCC), URL address on your agreement. You can also change name, address, postal code, city, and email address of the point of sale for recipients of invoices and settlement reports.
Click on the webform according to where you have your agreement:
Change of account number
In MyNets, you can also change your account number, which we use to settle your card agreements. See this guide on how to change account number in MyNets.
Nets Easy (online paymentmodule)
If you have a Nets Easy agreement and want to change your company info, just send an email according to where you have your agreement:
