Changes to company information

Change company information in MyNets

Changes to company information can easily be done in the MyNets portal.

As admin user you can change the following information for each point of sales:

  • The name of the point of sale

  • Address, Postcode and City

  • Phone number

Do the following to change the company information:

  1. Log in to the MyNets portal

  2. Select “Sales locations” on the right hand side

  3. Choose the point of sales and click on “Edit Details”

  4. Fill in the new information and press “Save Details”

Update company information webform

For some information you will need to use the electronic form to make changes to your agreement.

With the webform you can change your email address, contact person, merchant category code (MCC), URL address on your agreement. You can also change name, address, postal code, city, and email address of the point of sale for recipients of invoices and settlement reports.

Click on the webform according to where you have your agreement:

Change of account number
