Add and remove user access in MyNets

Our self-service portal MyNets gives you a full overview of your business, settlement data and both card transactions.

Create user access in MyNets

When you are logged into the MyNets portal, you must do the following:​

  • Click on 'User & roles'

  • Click on 'add user'

  • Insert email, select country and press 'next'

  • Insert name, telephone number, select role and access to point of sale. Then press 'save changes'

You have now created a user for MyNets.

Delete user access

When you are logged into the MyNets portal, you must do the following: ​

  • Click on 'User & roles'

  • Click 'edit'

  • Find the desired user and press the delete icon on the right side

  • Click 'confirm' to delete the user

You have now deleted the user.​

Update user access

When you are logged into the MyNets portal, you must do the following: ​

  • Click on 'User & roles'

  • Click 'edit'

  • Find the desired user and press the edit icon on the right side

  • Update the changes and press 'save changes'

You have now updated the user access.​
