How to change the terminal receipt text

The process to change the text on the terminal receipt, varies depending on the sales location.

The terminal receipt text can be modified; but not all of it can be. For example, all the payment information data cannot be removed, as it is mandated by law. The layout of the receipt also cannot be changed.

Denmark:

If you want to change the text on the receipt, it can easily be done via our customer portal MyNets. You can log in to MyNets by clicking the button below. Please note that the change will take effect on the next business day. Once you have logged into MyNets, please do the following:

  1. Click on the tab 'Sales locations'

  2. Click the 'Edit information' button under Information

  3. Enter the new information and click the 'Save information' button

Norway:

To make updates to the terminal receipt text, please fill the online webform here.

Finland:

To make updates to the terminal receipt text, please fill the online webform here.

Sweden:

To change the text on the receipt, please contact our Technical Support.
