How to change printing of customer receipt
You can change the printing of customer receipt on your terminal (always printing two receipts/ask before printing).
Follow the guide below to update the settings on the terminal.
Note! You will need a merchant card to make the changes on the terminal. If you don't have a merchant card, please contact customer support.
Do the following on your terminal:
Swipe your merchant card in the terminal.
Press [6] Parameter
Press [1] Change
Press [1] Functions
Browse through the menu by using the arrow keys until you find the setting [Always copy] and press the [GREEN] button.
Choose if you always want a copy Yes/No Yes = Always 2 copies of receipt will be printed. No = Only one copy of receipt will be printed.
When Yes or No is selected, press the [green] button.
Return to the main menu by pressing the [RED] button a few times. The terminal will then restart and change the setting.
Do the following on the terminal:
Press [MENU] or [*]
Press [0]
Press [1]
Press [2]
Select which mode you want to use and press [OK]
The terminal will confirm selection and you may now take it into use.
It is not possible to change the printing of the customer receipt on the terminal.
Do the following on the terminal:
Enter "Settings".
Press "Receipt settings".
Enable "Print duplicate customer receipts".
