Where can I see my transactions?

You can find your transactions in our MyNets portal and the MyPayments app.

If you don't have access to MyNets, create a user here.

View transactions in MyNets

You will find your transactions in our portal MyNets under the [Transactions] tab.

Here you can search for single transactions and download a list of transactions for a given period. You can view your transactions approximately 24 hours after they have been submitted to us.

In this overview you are also able to refund of a transaction to a cardholder. For more information on how to refund a transaction in MyNets, click here.

Transaction report in the MyNets portal

Follow the steps below to get a transaction report:

1. 1. Click on the [Transactions] tab

2. Select date and time for the transaction

3. Select point of sale

4. Select transaction type [Settlement]

5. Click on [Apply]

You can now download the report in XLS or CSV format.
