How to refund a transaction in MyNets
You can refund a transaction to a cardholder using our self-service portal MyNets
You can refund transactions up to 80 days from MyNets, if you are a merchant with a payment agreement with Nets (not available for terminal only customers) .
Please follow the steps below:
Log into MyNets.
In MyNets, click on the tab “Transactions”.
Search for and identify the transactions you would like to refund.
Press the refund icon (Note: Refund option is available only if you have the proper access rights: either Admin role or a role with edit rights for transactions).
Select either the full or partial amount and click “Refund”.
The refund will be processed within 3 business days. You will receive an e-mail with a copy of your refund request.
If you need to make a refund to a cardholder who is physically present in your store, then you can do the refund directly from your terminal by following this guide.
