Requirements for your webshop

To establish your acquiring agreement or Easy agreement, we need to approve your online store. Below are the specific requirements that must be met.

Terms of Sale

Each sales business is responsible for formulating its terms, but the most important thing is that the content complies with applicable consumer purchase laws, such as the Consumer Protection Act. However, the terms must always include at least the following:

Terms of Sale and Delivery:

Information about delivery, how the order is processed, shipping, and payment must be provided.

Conditions for Returning Goods:

Information about cancellation, complaints, right of withdrawal, and warranties must be clearly stated.

Personal Data:

Information on how personal data is processed.

Card Information:

Information on how card data is processed and by which provider.

Checkbox:

The card organizations' regulations on how the terms should appear require that there is a checkbox ("click to accept") where the cardholder actively confirms that they accept the terms before the purchase is completed.

Visible logos:

You must clearly display the logos of the cards you accept (Visa, Mastercard, Verified by Visa, and Mastercard SecureCode) in your webshop. The logos must be visible on your homepage and during the payment process. Business and Contact Information:

Your business name (both the daily name and the legal name), organization number, and the country in which the company is registered must be displayed on the webshop. The information must be clearly visible during the purchase process, and it is not allowed to refer the cardholder to a separate website. It must also be easy to distinguish between the business name and any subcontractors. Additionally, the address, phone number, email address, and visiting address must be provided if available.

Product information and price:

To be approved, the website must contain examples and descriptions of the goods/services listed in the application, as well as prices. All prices must be stated in the corresponding currency (Danish kroner, Norwegian kroner, Swedish kronor) and include VAT and other taxes. The total cost of the purchase must be clearly stated before the order is completed, including all costs associated with the purchase, such as any postage and delivery costs.

It must also be clearly stated that you are the seller of the goods/services in question and are responsible for them. It is not allowed to sell goods on behalf of others.
