How to setup your terminal for Connect@Cloud

Follow the step-by-step guide to setup your terminal for Connect@Cloud that connects your terminal with your cash register/ECR.

Supported terminals models: MOVE 3500, DESK350, Lane3000 / IPP350

Tip: Use the arrow keys on the terminal to scroll up/down through the menus.

  1. Swipe the Merchant Card (or press the [Menu] button, then Press [8] for the Merchant Menu and enter the 4-digit Merchant code – code also available in the MyPayments App under Terminals)

  2. Press [6) to open Parameter menu

  3. Press [1] to open Change menu

  4. Press [2] to open Communication menu

    1. Set Comm. Type to:

      • “Ethernet“ for terminal models DESK3500, Lane3000 / IPP350:

      • “WIFI“, “Ethernet” or ”GPRS” for terminal model MOVE 3500

    2. Press the [Red] button to return to previous menu

  5. Press [3] to open ECR menu:

    1. Set Comm. type to :

      • “Ethernet» for terminal model DESK3500, Lane3000 / IPP350:

      • “WIFI“, “Ethernet” or ”GPRS” for terminal model MOVE 3500

    2. Set ECR/TLS to “Yes”

    3. Set ECR IP address to 3.33.230.243

    4. Set ECR IP Port to 6001

  6. Press the [Green] button and then the [Red] button twice to save the settings

  7. Download Card Agreements by swiping the Merchant Card, then Pres (1] and Press [1]

Your terminal is now connected with your cash register/ECR through the Connect@Cloud solution.
