How to setup your terminal for Connect@Cloud
Follow the step-by-step guide to setup your terminal for Connect@Cloud that connects your terminal with your cash register/ECR.
Supported terminals models: MOVE 3500, DESK350, Lane3000 / IPP350
Tip: Use the arrow keys on the terminal to scroll up/down through the menus.
Swipe the Merchant Card (or press the [Menu] button, then Press [8] for the Merchant Menu and enter the 4-digit Merchant code – code also available in the MyPayments App under Terminals)
Press [6) to open Parameter menu
Press [1] to open Change menu
Press [2] to open Communication menu
Set Comm. Type to:
“Ethernet“ for terminal models DESK3500, Lane3000 / IPP350:
“WIFI“, “Ethernet” or ”GPRS” for terminal model MOVE 3500
Press the [Red] button to return to previous menu
Press [3] to open ECR menu:
Set Comm. type to :
“Ethernet» for terminal model DESK3500, Lane3000 / IPP350:
“WIFI“, “Ethernet” or ”GPRS” for terminal model MOVE 3500
Set ECR/TLS to “Yes”
Set ECR IP address to 3.33.230.243
Set ECR IP Port to 6001
Press the [Green] button and then the [Red] button twice to save the settings
Download Card Agreements by swiping the Merchant Card, then Pres (1] and Press [1]
Your terminal is now connected with your cash register/ECR through the Connect@Cloud solution.
