How to refund a transaction via our app MyPayments

You can refund a transaction to a cardholder via our MyPayments app.

You can refund transactions for up to 80 days from MyPayments by following the guide below:

  • Open MyPayments (Don't have the app? Get help here)

  • Click on “Transactions” in the Overview

  • Click on “Settlement”

  • Find and click on the transaction you want to refund

  • Select “Refund Transaction”

  • Choose to refund either the full or partial amount and click on “Refund x amount” to approve

  • Select “Close” to finish

Refunds to cardholders will be processed within 5 business days.

NOTE: If you have a Nets Easy agreement (webshop payment module), refunds to cardholders must be made via the Easy portal.
