Transactions that were made over one hour ago but within the past 30 days can be refunded.

Please note that partial refunds can be made only once. Also note, that you cannot cancel the refunds!

For refunding a transaction, the same payment card needs to be used as the original purchase was made with.

  • Press on the ‘home’ icon in the top-right corner of the terminal screen, if you're not already on the home screen.

  • Open the ‘Transactions’ app. In the app you'll see a list of the transactions from the past 30 days.

  • Find the transaction you want to refund by matching the last four digits of the payment card and/or the timestamp from the receipt. Please note that there is a search function available in the top right corner.

  • Press on the transaction in the list. The transaction details will be shown on the screen.

  • To refund the transaction, press on the 'Refund' button in the bottom right corner.

  • The full amount will be filled per default. Change the amount if you want to make a partial refund. Press 'Refund' again to confirm the amount.

  • Use the same card that the original payment was made with.

A new refund transaction (indicated by the red colour and the arrow-symbol) will show up in the transaction list.
