How to refund a transaction to a cardholder

You can refund a transaction to a cardholder using our self-service portal MyNets

You can refund transactions up to 80 days from MyNets by following the steps below:

  • Log into MyNets

  • In MyNets, click on the tab “Transactions”

  • Search for and identify the transactions you would like to refund

  • Press the refund icon

  • Select either the full or partial amount and click “Refund”

The refund will be processed within 3 business days. You will receive an e-mail with a copy of your refund request.
