Why am I being requested to reset my password every time I log in?

If you are being asked to change your password every time you log in, follow these steps to resolve the issue:

  1. Click Forgot password in the portal, Here.

  2. You will receive an email with a link to reset your password. Copy the link from the email.

  3. Open the link in a different browser than the one you usually use.

  4. Change your password in the other browser.

This should allow you to successfully change your password and prevent further prompts.

Why does this happen?

The issue is caused by stored cache and cookies in your browser, which prevent the password change from being saved correctly. This results in a repeated Forgot password message every time you log in.

To fix this, you can also clear cookies, cache, and site data for portal.dibspayment.eu in your main browser.
