Terminal invoice

If you have a payment terminal via Nets, you will be invoiced once a quarter, in January, April, July and October.

Note: If you have a Norwegian terminal agreement, you are usually billed once a month.

We send you an invoice on the first days of each month the bills are sent out.

Billing methods

You can receive your invoice in the following formats:

• Paper invoices

• E-invoices

• E-mail invoices

Changes to terminal invoicing

For changes to your terminal invoice, please contact customer support via the MyNets portal.

Log in to MyNets and select “Ask us a question” in the top right. (click here to access MyNets).

We kindly ask that you contact us via the MyNets portal to ensure that we receive the correct information from a person authorized by the company, which is necessary for us to respond to your inquiry.
