Printer buffer full

If the terminal says "printer buffer full", it needs to be emptied. To be able to empty it you need your merchant card. If you don't have your merchant card, then please contact customer support, they can help you further.

Please do the following on you terminal:

• Swipe the merchant card.

• Press [9]

• Press [1]

• The printer buffer should now be emptied.

• Press [stop] 2 times to get back.

You can use the terminal as normal now.
