How to update terminal software

If you need to manually update your terminal's software, follow the steps below.

For Viking terminals:

• Press Menu

• Load merchant card

• Press 8

• Press OK

For OnePA terminals:

• Press Menu (or star (*) on Spire models)

• Press 0

• Press 2

For PSAM terminals:

• Press Menu

• Press 3

• Press 2
