How to update terminal software

If you need to manually update your terminal's software, follow the steps below. If you are in doubt about which terminal you have, you can check it here: How to identify your terminal.

For Viking terminals:

• Press Menu
• Load merchant card
• Press 8
• Press OK

For OnePA terminals:

• Press Menu (or star (*) on Spire models)
• Press 0
• Press 2

For PSAM terminals:

• Press Menu
• Press 3
• Press 2
