The terminal software is updated automatically during the maintenance window. You can configure the maintenance window or initiate a software update in the ‘Settings’ app under ‘Software updates’.
Application and firmware updates may be pushed remotely to the ECR screen (X70) or payment
terminal (P70). If an update prompt appears, follow the instructions shown on screen and keep the
device connected to power and network until the update is complete.
