How to troubleshoot your terminal
Restarting your terminal often solves terminal issues. The procedure for doing a restart of the terminal depends on the terminal type. (To identify your terminal type, you can read the article: How to identify your terminal.)
You can restart the terminal by doing the following:
hold down the [CLEAR] (yellow) button and the [. ,] (full stop & comma) buttons simultaneously.
Let go and wait until the terminal starts up (approx. 30 seconds).
If this doesn't work, remove the power cable or battery and ensure that the display goes dark. Insert the power cable/battery and restart the terminal.
You can restart the terminal by doing the following:

Let go and wait until the terminal starts up (approx. 30 seconds).
If this doesn't work, remove the power cable or battery and ensure that the display goes dark. Insert the power cable/battery and restart the terminal.
You can restart the terminal by doing the following:
Press your [POWER] button for two seconds.
Choose from the menu [restart terminal] to perform a reboot.
If this doesn't work, remove the power cable or battery and ensure that the display goes dark. Insert the power cable/battery and start the terminal.
To perform a reboot on your Castles terminal, please follow the instructions below: Press the [MENU] or [*] button in the lower left corner until the terminal restarts.
Note! that you should not disconnect the battery to turn off the terminal as this could damage the terminal.
You can restart the terminal by doing the following:
Keep the power button on the left side of the terminal pressed until a menu appears on the terminal's screen.
Choose to restart the terminal.
Remove the power cable or battery and ensure that the display goes dark. Insert the power cable/battery and start the terminal.
