How to send an email via the MyNets portal

Follow the guide below:

1. Log in to MyNets (click her for access).

2. In MyNets, click “Ask us a question” in the top right corner.

3. Select the topic you have a question about or need help with.

4. Fill in the subsequent fields and finish by clicking “Send”.
