How to refund a transaction in Easy portal

To make a refund on an order do the following:

• Click on [Payments] on the left side

• Choose [Charged] to see the charged payments or [Search] for the transaction you want to refund

• Choose transaction that should be refunded

• Click on the [Quick actions] dropdown menu

• Choose [Refund] or [Edit and refund] to do a partial refund
