How to delete authorizations

An authorization is an amount that has been reserved on the customer's card.

Depending on the card issuing bank, authorizations on the customers cards automatically expire within 3-21 banking days if the transaction is not charged.

To delete an authorization, we need some transaction details and your merchant number.

Please call Nets authorization service on the number 09 6964 9646. Make sure you have transaction details and your merchant number ready.
