How to adjust sound on your terminal

• Press [MENU]

• Enter service code [7-8-9-0]

• Choose [OK]

• Press [4]

Use the arrow keys [F2] and [F3] to adjust the volume.

• Press [OK] to save.

• Press [Menu]

• Press [8] Swipe the merchant card

• Press [6]

• Press [1]

• Press [1] Now you must use the arrow keys and press them until you reach the desired function.

• Press [OK] to access function Select one of the following using the arrow keys: No sound, sound, and sound on rejection.

• Press [OK] to confirm the selection.

• Press [Menu] or [*]

• Press [0]

• Press [5]

Now select volume:

• Press [1] for low

• Press [2] for middle

• Press [3] for high

• Press [OK] to confirm the selection

It is not possible to change the sound settings on the Castles Npay payment terminal until further notice.

You can change the sound on the terminal by pressing the keys on the left side of the terminal or through the settings that you access by swiping down from the top edge of the screen with your finger.
