The procedure for adjusting the sound on your terminal is depended of terminal type. Choose your terminal type below.

Now you must use the arrow keys and press them until you reach the desired function.

Select one of the following using the arrow keys: No sound, sound, and sound on rejection.
Press [OK] to confirm the selection.

Now select volume:
Press [1] for low
Press [2] for middle
Press [3] for high
Press [OK] to confirm the selection
It is not possible to change the sound settings on the Castles Npay payment terminal until further notice.
You can change the sound on the terminal by pressing the keys on the left side of the terminal or through the settings that you access by swiping down from the top edge of the screen with your finger.
