How the subscription fee for a physical Dankort agreement is decided

For physical stores, there are two Dankort subscription models, which are calculated differently: Dankort FAST and Dankort PROCENT.

Dankort FAST

If you have a Dankort FAST agreement, you pay a fixed fee either monthly or quarterly.

If you wish to change your billing period for DANKORT FAST, please contact our customer service in Denmark.

Your Dankort FAST subscription is placed in price group 1-10 based on a combination of:

• The total amount of transactions over the last four quarters

• And whether the average amount per sale over the last four quarters is below or above DKK 175.

Dankort PROCENT

If you have a Dankort PROCENT agreement, you pay a percentage of the sales price per sale in your business each month.

Your Dankort PROCENT subscription is placed in price group 1-10, depending on how many transactions you have had in total over the last four quarters. The percentage transaction fee then depends on which price group you are placed in.
