Easy Portal - How to change bank account

1) Under the Company tab, go to Account Information.

2) Select the currency for which you want to update the bank account details.

3) Under Agreement and Bank Account, click Change Bank Account Details.

4) Enter the start date for the new bank account, along with the IBAN and BIC/SWIFT number. The date cannot be set in the past or within the next three days.

5) Upload a copy of your ID and an official document from your bank, as instructed.

6) Log in with electronic ID (MitID, BankID, NemID).

7)You will receive an email confirming your request to change bank details.

This email does not confirm that the details have been updated.

The change will be processed within three to five working days.

A PDF confirmation will be attached.

8) Once Sales Support has updated the bank details, you will receive a confirmation email.
