Easy Paylink and One-Page-Shop Solution

Easy Paylink lets you send customers a secure, Nexi Group-hosted payment link.Easy Paylink supports different types of payments:

One-off payments: Immediate capture of transactions (suitable for compliant products and/or services).Reservation: A reserved transaction needs to be captured for funds to be transferred. When applicable, it is recommended to capture reserved transactions within 7 days, however, different payment methods may have slight variability. Check here for an overview of it.

Easy One-Page-Shop Solution

Easy One-Page-Shop solution enables you to display your items on a website with an integrated Easy hosted payment flow.

There are three ways to share your One-Page-Shop:

URL: simply share the One-Page-Shop's URL with your consumersModal window: if you already have a website, you can add a button for the One-Page-Shop to appear as a child window in front of the main window (overlay)iframe: you can simply integrate a code snippet into your website's HTML for the One-Page-Shop to appear in an iframe

You can easily create and customize your One-Page-Shop from within your Easy Paylink account.

Before you start

This guide outlines the necessary steps on how to get started with using Easy Paylink.As outlined from here, the prerequisites for setting up with Checkout Paylink are the following:

  1. Set up a Paylink agreement with Easy

  2. Create Easy Paylink account

  3. Have an Easy account

  4. Create a Paylink instance name

1. Paylink Agreement

To activate Easy Paylink, contact Easy Sales at [LOCAL ECOM SALES NUMBER]. You will receive a registration link via email where you will be prompted the option to create a Paylink account.

Whenever you have completed the Paylink account registration, you will have to share the Paylink account name with Easy Sales. Lastly, Easy Sales will help you with the final steps to finalize the activation and setup.

You will need to sign the agreement for adding Easy Paylink to your Easy contract.

2. Easy Paylink Account

To use Easy Paylinks, you need to create an Easy Paylink account. After sending the Easy Paylink account name to Sales and creating your Easy Paylink account, you will then define your Paylink account name.

3. Easy Account

If you do not have an Easy account then you can create one free of charge.If you already have an existing Easy account then this step can be omitted as the agreement of Easy Paylink will be added to your Easy contract and account by Easy Sales.

4. Paylink Instance Name

By setting up your Easy Paylink account, you define your Paylink instance name.The Paylink instance name is your Easy Paylink account name. For example, if your payment page is demo.nets-pay.link, the instance name is 'demo'

Create your first Paylink

Create your first Easy Paylink in testing mode

  1. In your Easy Paylink account, click Paylink on the left hand navigation bar.

  2. You will then be directed to Click Create Link.

  3. Define the Paylink parameters, including recipient email, amount, and other details. For testing purposes, you should pick an email you have access to in order to check the content.

  4. Once your parameters are defined, click Create.

  5. The payment claim has now been sent to your recipient’s email.

The recipient will receive an email with the Paylink. Once they click on the generated Paylink URL button, they will be taken to the Nexi Group hosted payment flow as described here.

Test your customers experience

If you have set the email address known to you and that you can access, you can test your consumers' experience by sending the Paylink to yourself. Then, click on the button from the email that has been sent as a result of your Easy Paylink creation.You will then be directed to the payment flow entry page. For testing, you can enter a fictional address and use our testing payment details from here.

Customize your Easy Paylink

Easy Paylink comes with a variety of customization opportunities:

Look & Feel

The easiest way to customize your Easy Paylink’s look and feel is through your Easy Paylink account’s setting section (Look & Feel).

From here, you can create different profiles for how your Paylink is going to be displayed. You can then choose the profile as part of the “Create your Paylink” flow.

Optional Parameters

There is a variety of optional parameters to choose from when you create the Payment Link in your Easy Paylink account.
