Domains and agreements
"I am opening up a second website, can I use my existing agreement with you ? "
Basically, a website/ domain is considered a point of sale, and the rules are made in such a way that you need to have an agreement for each point of sales. That being said, there are no rules without exceptions. You can read more below:
Subdomain creation:
If you have an agreement with Nets and you open up a second website in the same product category, then you don't need a new agreement. The new website can simply be linked to your existing agreement as a subdomain. In other terms, if the products sold in your new webshop is in the same category as the products sold in your current webshop and you want to receive your settlements from us in the same currency, you can use the existing agreement.
If your new webshop is selling products in a different category or if you wish to receive the payments in a different currency you will need to make a new agreement.
Domains and language versions:
If you have an agreement with Nets and you open an additional website with e.g. xxx.no or xxx.se, in the same product category, then you don't need a new agreement. The new website can simply be linked to your existing agreement as a subdomain. i.e. if you have an agreement with jensen.dk, and now want to expand the domain to jensen.se and jensen.no, then you don't need a new agreement. However, the websites must be 100% identical with setup, products, prices, etc.
If your new webshop is selling products in a different category than your main domain, or if you wish to receive the payments in a different currency you will need to make a new agreement.
