Conditions for card agreements

Denmark

If you wish to enter into a card agreement with Nets, you must meet the following general requirements:

• Neither you nor your business may be registered in Experian's RKI Credit Information.

• You must use a certified payment solution.

• You must be able to document the ownership of the business.

• You must comply with the applicable PCI-DSS requirements.

Specific conditions for a Dankort agreement:

• Your business must be registered in Denmark.

• Your business must operate from a Danish address.

• You must have an account with a Danish financial institution.

Finland

Norway

If you wish to apply for a card agreement, you need to meet the following requirements as outlined below:

• You must use a certified payment solution.

• Your payment system must be certified according to industry-approved standards and be PCI-DSS certified.

• You must be able to demonstrate that the company has no payment remarks.

• You must have signing authority for the company.

Sweden

If you wish to apply for a card agreement, you need to meet the following requirements as outlined below:

• You must be formally authorized as the company representative and contract signer.

• As the applying legal entity (the company), you must meet the current creditworthiness requirements.

• Your payment system must be certified according to industry-approved standards and be PCI-DSS certified.
