Our self-service portal MyNets gives you a full overview of your business, settlement data and both Dankort and international card transactions.

Create user access in MyNets

When you are logged into the MyNets portal, you must do the following:​

  • Click on 'company details'

  • Click on 'add user'

  • Insert email, select country and press 'next'

  • Insert name, telephone number, select role and access to point of sale. Then press 'save changes'

You have now created a user for MyNets.

Delete user access

When you are logged into the MyNets portal, you must do the following: ​

  • Click on 'company details'

  • Click 'edit'

  • Find the desired user and press the delete icon on the right side

  • Click 'confirm' to delete the user

You have now deleted the user.​

Update user access

When you are logged into the MyNets portal, you must do the following: ​

  • Click on 'company details'

  • Click 'edit'

  • Find the desired user and press the edit icon on the right side

  • Update the changes and press 'save changes'

You have now updated the user access.​
