Bax number

BAX number is the reference number linked to your Viking terminal.

You can locate your BAX number on the terminal receipt. Just have a look on the picture below, the BAX number has been marked in red. The first 8 numbers are the Terminal ID, the last 6 are your BAX number.

Please note, if you have an ECR-system, the Bax number may not appear on the receipt. In this case you'll need to contact your ECR integration partner or our customer support.
